WHAT IS CLEAN FOOD YOU ASK ?

The demand by the people for clean food is growing dramatically.
But what is clean food you ask.
My interpretation of clean food is a product produced by farmers that is free of pesticides  and carcinogens.
Clean food benefits not only the consumer,but also the farmer who works with pesticide laden seed beans,and sprays which cause
cancers and tumours,in animals and newborn humans.

The Dirty Dozen (in order of contamination)
Apples
Celery
Sweet bell peppers
Peaches
Strawberries
Nectarines
Grapes
Spinach
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Blueberries
Potatoes

The Clean 15 (in order of least contamination)
Onions
Sweet Corn
Pineapples
Avocado
Cabbage
Sweet peas
Asparagus
Mangoes
Eggplant
Kiwi
Cantaloupe
Sweet potatoes
Grapefruit
Watermelon
Mushrooms
Pesticides kill people and bees.
