The government also wants to know what you think about environmental rights and responsibilities more broadly, and whether the right to a healthy environment should be included in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

p style=”margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-bottom:.938em;line-height:1.5em;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);”>We now have 120 days to convince the government to strengthen our EBR to include the substantive right to a healthy environment, a right that isn’t currently covered.
